(OTCID: QEDN) are pleased to announce a strategic collaboration with Valhalla Wulff Investment to develop an integrated investment and residency initiative focused on Colombia's growing mining, real estate with Valhalla Wulff 99 eco-friendly suites, agriculture with GMSacha Inchi, food industry, and tourist industry sector.

The program is designed to provide qualified international investors with opportunities to participate in publicly traded companies operating in Colombia while potentially qualifying for Colombian investment-based residency pathways, subject to applicable immigration laws and regulatory requirements.
